and passionate child of the theatre since she was a wee, little girl.\u00a0 Her enchantment with all things theatrical remains strong and committed while bringing her knowledge, skill, humor, insight, compassion and many years of teaching and theatrical experience to the students who study acting with her.\u00a0 Her greatest joy is to guide young people to find their own passions and to inspire them to courageously manifest their dreams.\u00a0 She believes acting process creates awareness of our deepest selves and is, therefore, a conduit to compassion and peace.<\/p>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><strong>Some of Mary Ann\u2019s Accomplishments:<\/strong><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>\n<ul>\n<li>New Jersey Certified Teacher of Drama and Speech<\/li>\n<li>Masters Degree in Speech and Theatre, Montclair State University, Graduated With Honors<\/li>\n<li>Adjunct Professor for seven years, Montclair State University, Speech and Theatre Department<\/li>\n<li>25 Years of Teaching, Directing, Acting, Playwriting<\/li>\n<li>Played many great Shakespearean leading roles, such as Viola, Hermia, Portia and Lady M.\u00a0 in \u2018The Scottish Play,\u2019 as well as roles in contemporary plays from Sartre to Lanford Wilson and more.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div><strong>Mary Ann can be seen in the award-winning movie \u201cToo Much Sleep\u201d<\/strong> directed by David Macquilling.\u00a0Her play, A Book of Seasons, was produced at Montclair\u2019s \u201cFirst Night\u201d two years in a row.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Her interests include Theatre, Reading, Shakespeare, Drama As Therapy, Yoga,\u00a0 9 Star Ki, Macrobiotics, Music, Gardening, Nature, Philosophy and Healing Therapies such as:\u00a0 Homeopathy, sei mei, reiki and more.\u00a0 She is a devoted and star struck fan of all of her students, past and present, and, as well, of the mysteries of the universe.<\/div>\n<p>Mary Ann can be reached at:<br
